nexusmatrix.tax (“the Site”) does not collect, store, process, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) from visitors.

The calculator tool on this site operates entirely within your web browser using client-side JavaScript. All inputs you enter — including your HQ state, revenue figures, employee locations, salary data, and cessation dates — are processed locally on your device and are never sent to any server, database, or third-party service.

When you close or navigate away from the tool, all entered data is discarded. We have no record of it and no ability to retrieve it.

We do not operate user accounts, do not offer login functionality, and do not collect email addresses, names, company names, or any other identifying information at any point in the user experience.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies of any kind. We do not set:

• Persistent cookies
• First-party analytics cookies
• Third-party tracking or advertising cookies
• Functional or preference cookies

Your browser will not receive a cookie from this site. No consent banner is necessary because there are no cookies to consent to.

• Session recording tools (Hotjar, FullStory, or similar)

• Social media embeds or share buttons that phone home to social platforms
• Content delivery networks that log visitor IP addresses tied to user identity

All HTML, CSS, and JavaScript required to operate this site is served from nexusmatrix.tax directly. There are no external script dependencies. You can verify this by inspecting the page source of any page on this site.

The tool does contain links to third-party websites — specifically, direct links to each state’s official employer registration portal. These links open in new browser tabs. Once you leave this site and visit a third-party URL, that site’s own privacy policy and data practices apply. We have no control over and no relationship with those sites.

Server Logs

Like all websites, the web server hosting nexusmatrix.tax may maintain standard server access logs that record the IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer URL, and browser user agent for each HTTP request. These logs are a function of standard web server operation and are not used for analytics, advertising, or user identification.

Standard server access logs are typically retained for a short period (30–90 days) for security and diagnostic purposes and are then deleted. We do not correlate server log entries with any other data or attempt to identify individual users from log data.

Children’s Privacy

This site is a professional compliance reference tool intended for use by business professionals. It is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Because we collect no information from any visitor, there is nothing to delete if a child were to use this site.

Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy changes in any material way, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the revision. Given that this site collects no data, material changes to this policy are unlikely.

We will not use email to notify visitors of policy changes because we do not have visitors’ email addresses.
